Use Swing for the QuantDesk_UI (Get rid off SWT) #21

QuantDesk_UI should be implemented using Swing only.
Remove SWT. 

In particular, the project should build (QuantDesk_UI/build.xml) and run 
successfully without these 2 libraries:
1)    72'659 jfreechart-1.0.13-swt.jar
2) 1'600'057 swt.jar
