Ensure Regression tests and that the new functionality in #16 works as specified. Need to dig out an unused MCP7940 and put together a test bench for this.

Found one of my MCP7940 but cannot locate any caps of approximately the right size. Since there are no electronic Shops in my current Location it Looks like mail-order again and a wait of a couple of days
