DisplayGumpFast/DisplayMenu packet functionality #364

Allows for quick creation of a menu with less parameters than the gump packet. This is used on SphereServer.

DisplayGumpFast is not the same packet as DisplayMenu.

Old pre LBR/t2a clients used DisplayMenu for the craft menu's ala sphere craft menu's

DisplayGumpFast is a standard gump not a menu but compressed instead of sent as plain text. Which is only used on newer clients from AoS onwards i think.
