That mini health bar is definitely very useful.

Also that little arrow on top of your target from the 2D client like shown in that image above change color depending of your target notoriety this could be a nice addition as well !

(it's a great visual indication)

Neat. I think we can add that. Does this targeting graphic appear over trees/houses when the targeted mobile is hiding behind those objects?

Does anyone know when this feature was added to the legacy UO client?

I believe that targeting was added with Age of Shadows
