SMAPI installing error #589

Hi everyone! Please help me fix this problem. The first time the SMAPI installation went well, everything worked.But I had to uninstall Stardew Valley SMAPI due to resetting my phone. And now I can’t reinstall SMAPI, it gives me this error. Guys, please tell me what should I do?!
