Cannot access android/data on android 14 and my solution to fix this #682

For Android 13 and above, you need to give access to specific folders instead of the entirety of android/data like on Android 12 (Android/data/com.zane.stardewvally/files/Mods)

This has to do with Android 13 permission. Android 13 implements scooped storage for apps so that they can only use files inside android/data to run. They said it was for privacy reason.
