I used it still same but I find a way to upload mods through using a PC. But there is the 2nd problem and that is I don't have any mods folder inside smpai stsrdew valley folder in android folder. When I launch stardew smapi It says Smapi has to locate Stardew Valley. I press confirm button and this is what I get I cant use anyother file manager app while doing this. How I can do that? I cant reach stardew valley in android folder while starting smapi. What can I do now?
I use FV file explorer and Shizuku. Since the new Android update, they changed file system access so Shizuku is now needed to access android/data.

How can I use it just by downloading the app or I need to do something?
You have to download the 2 apps. FV explorer tells you in the app how to connect with Shizuku. There are a few steps. Once set up, start up Shizuku, then open FV explorer and click the button that says "open with shizuku" and it will work like a file explorer It is a royal pain but the one that worked for me.

Still same issue... I don't have issue by modding. I can use a pc to nove mods in mods folder but I dont have a mods folder because smapi can't reach to android folder and do his thing.
You nay need to reset your default app settings. It's that pop-up menu that gives you choices when you open a file? Perhaps it is defaulting to the OG file manager?
Edit: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.marc.files
This is a good file app that will show the android data files after FV explorer and shizuku access them (leave these 2 open in the background). Downloading this may also force your phone to open up the pop-up app choice screen.
Android 14 really makes things difficult.

I did everything you said. It never lets me choose a single file manager I downloaded. I already have ZArchiver, ES File Manager, Shizuki and FV File Manager, Files app that you mentioned but nothing has changed. I guess android 13+ don't want me to play modded SV in mobile...
The Android privacy change came months after the last update of this SMAPI. It seems it does not allow to manually type in the location at the prompt. Unfortunately, I am all out of ideas. The only things I can think of are to install an Android emulator on your PC, download the regular SV game ( remember, the vanilla version must end in .39 or earlier from what I've seen), the SMAPI installer, and install them there, then port them over via your PC to the Android/data directory on your phone.
EDIT: Just wanted to clarify you should also do the data migration SMAPI android will need within the emulator, then copy to the phone.
I have tried looking around forums and such, but haven't found other solutions.
Good luck! And if you do find a way to get it working, let us know. I am sorry I could not help more.

Thanks so much for your effort and caring. I will be trying things that you said. And I will let you guys know if its work. Have a great day.
It looks like new android privacy changes don't want you to mod your Stardew Valley with just your phone. If you have a PC then maybe you can try to downgrade your android version and try to mod your stardew valley mobile again but for this condition we don't have a proper solution just using your phone. Devs maybe find a way to make it work but we just have to wait and see for now.
Screen_Recording_20240319_180814_Files.mp4 This is how it looks.
you seem to misunderstood the instrucion, it says locate the "Stardew Valley" folder which can be found in your internal storage if you scroll down easily, not the one inside Android folder.
Thanks, Zencee! I think this is it! I hope this helps them! I looked on my phone and that directory is there. I forgot it was even there after all of these months. Sorry, I forgot about this, kaito >_< Once the selection and data migration is complete, mods must go into the Android/data folder that the migration will create, not this one. The other apps will come in handy if you want to access the Mod file directory by phone instead of using your PC every time.
I can see it through "My Files" but can't overwrite anything through "Files" app in Android folder. Idk what to do. Does anyone know how I can fix that and use smapi properly?
