Use values for parameters of celestial bodies from KSP and add the remaining celestial bodies #15

Change the values for the parameters of the celestial bodies to the right values from KSP. The current values are mostly approximations or even guesses. Furthermore most of the celestial bodies are still missing with just some essential ones available.
