Limit is reduced below written best solution #140

I can't tell from this whether the limit is below the actual best, if somehow the solution previews have not been written out, or if there's a discrepancy between the time we found in the search and the time in the actual solution. We ought to look again at how we output solutions, and potentially include the real best time of a solution.

Looks like we're only writing preview when we find a new unique solution. That's easily fixable.
