Replace Quill with TipTap #122

Quill for Nuxt is stuck on an older version with vulnerabilities. Chrome finally stopped supporting the bad behavior, and Quill stopped working. Time to make the switch.

TipTap is pretty good. Had an issue with ProseMirror (key dependency for everything) adding p tag to li tag, which is messed up. Found a work-around to strip out the p tags.

Can paste a link, but cannot give the link text. Would require something more advanced. Someday...
