Loading a config file should have more of a visual affect #101

If it's done on the sample calib tab and everything is calibrated then I think we should overlay the points by default (and change the plot button state accordingly).

Also, if the user has already requested points to be shown from a previous stim config, they remain visible after loading a new one. This is not expected behavior.
