Measure scanner calib accuracy and plot nicely #116

We now report laser position accuracy in point mode: 56f86a23e683db560de0eeb3ab6507b6a92ae236 Through this I now see that sometimes there are larger errors following certain calibrations. Should plot this nicely and summarize so user knows whether a good job was done.
