Plot image in mm #35

Use the XData and YData input args to imagesc plus the number microns per pixel to plot the image in mm. That way it will be much easier to handle the display code for the sample transform.

Started (39efdff0ebe2124399fc2a7b51918d8eb5cf1c19, 260529cdce007e2c1379ff6e46f6aaf5eb94d79c) but still have to address the scanner calibration as the units will now be different.
