Document the setup process for entering correct values for the hardware parameters #48

Need to document the process for entering correct values for all critical settings like settings.camera.micronsPerPixel, settings.scanners.voltsPerPixel, and settings.laser.laserMinMax_mW. Then choose values that are sensible as defaults in default_settings.m.
