Can we filter the galvo signals to make stim presentation quieter? #56

There is a 1 ms time allowed for the beam to move (the laser is off then) so it should pretty easy to just add a ramp and see if that helps.

The ramped plotted waveforms are correct (69cc61b17a819cdb2e09195c663dd330064f594c) but untested.

Yes! 04c46127da519a2e0883eae1ebc4ebaf41fcc344 Hugely quieter, even at big amplitudes.
