Should probably be using the laser power on the slider for most operations not the calib laser power #73

E.g. the brain boundary is looking at the calib spinner and this makes no sense.

I think it perhaps is best to have just the laser slider. The extra spin box adds nothing. We set laser power during presentation in the stimConfig file. We can then have two contrast spinboxes: one for calibration and one for the current view.
