Improve settings selection

1. At "C:\Users\shopp\OneDrive\Documents\ZapitSettings"
   Choose this option if you always use the same user account and are not updating Zapit via Git.

2. At "C:\ZapitSettings"
   Choose this if you change user accounts and are not updating Zapit via Git.
   By default it could be that only the user account that created the settings
   file can then modify it. This can be changed via Windows Explorer.
3. At "C:\Users\shopp\AppData\Roaming\MathWorks\MATLAB Add-Ons\Collections\zapit\SETTINGS"
   Choose this option if you like your settings files along with the code and are updating Zapit via Git.

[x] There should be a space between 2 and 3.
[x] The message for 2 is poorly formatted. I also think that we can ditch the extra information.
[x] We should suggest a best option (probably 2)
