Add bare type values support #107

Bare types are types that allowed to skip its constructor number. For more information pls check MTProto documentation

To implement this we need:

[ ] Mark attribute as bare type
[ ] Mark vector and inner type as bare type if required
[ ] Select how it'll be described in tl program notation
[ ] Dump bare types
[ ] Load bare types
