Join Handling of encrypted and unencrypted messages

We need to join common behavior or encrypted/unencrypted messages. Higher components wouldn't know about it and it'll simply work. So we need:

• [x] Unpack them in one function
• [x] Pack them in one function
• [ ] Set context variables
