[Feature] Distance Parameter

While height is totally cool and useful, I was thinking, what about a distance from spawn value, so that you can make better drops farther, or closer, or say, I don't know, only only giants and ghasts with enhanced damage past a certain point.

Config Options use-sever-spawn: true/false # Should the server's actual spawn be used? backup-spawnpoint: 1900:600 # If not, this value is used!

Parameter Example distance: ">64" distance: "=30" distance: "15-64"

I scoured the documentation for about 30-45 minutes after coming up with an idea, but could only find height parameters. I'll check again, as I could easily be wrong as well ;D

I checked again - if it does exist, it isn't documented and I can't use it! Let me know if somebody finds anything

Definitely doesn't exist or if it does I never saw/documented it.

Well when you have the time, I'd love to see this added. If/when it is put in I'll be more than willing to test it, and check for bugs.
