Vault/Economy won't hook

I have both Vault and Essentials Economy on my server.

Essentials: Version: 2.12.2 Vault: Version: 1.2.27-b349

And I know they are connecting one another: [05:12:02] [Server thread/INFO]: [Vault][Economy] Essentials Economy hooked.

Every other economy based plugin we use on my server functions fine.. I have updated Essentials to a Dev for 1.7, but cannot find a Dev Download for Vault.

I am still having no luck, and yes I know I commented in the comments about this already, and I apologize. Perhaps at this point it can be used to see what is going on if my attempts at updating to 1.7 Dev builds of these two does not work? (In which case I would post the error following the updates in-case it had changed.)

I've updated to both Dec 24-25 releases of Vault and Essentials and they are connecting to one another and every other plugin still, but OtherDrops is just still not reading them. :\

Okay because I was unable to find another Economy plugin besides the one that Faldonboy uses, I tested with that and majority of the plugins I use..

It worked, so I cannot understand why Essentials isn't

Using CoreProtect alongside Essentials + Vault does not allow the Economy hook to reach OtherDrops... :\
