Making Entity NamePlates Stick #302

It would be wonderful if we had the option to keep Entity Name Plates displayed over our mobs. When creating custom mobs that are intended to be dangerous or drop rare/special loot I think it'd be best if the nameplates displayed all the time to warn/alert players.
