damage.victim error #407

  OtherDrops version: 2.8b.596

  Description: IDK about this but the more chance I give this, the more hits it will deal. if you set chance of damage.victim to 10, it's normal. BUT if you set it to 70-100, it will deal a ton of hits (100% chance is 20-30 hits). Pls fix this

  Config:
   PLAYER:
    - action: HIT
      damage.victim: 1
      tool: [DIAMOND_SWORD@!DURABILITY#5]

  Steps to reproduce the problem:

  1.Remove the massive hits it deals pls.

  Expected result: hit 1 time will only deal 1 hit. And the damage is the value of the damage.victim + 1 damage from hand + damage of the weapon

  Other Comments: Great plugin. I have no others comment. If you fix this, it will be so nice of you
