Change repo license to CC0 #11

@Thenerdstation I am going to clean up this repo a bit, and part of this involves re-licensing the manual guide from The Unlicense to the more commonly used CC-0 license.

I am not a lawyer and have not consulted with one on this issue but I believe the code you contributed would be best licensed under a software license like MIT. That being the case, to avoid confusion over which license applies to what files in the repo, the cleanest option may be to move your scripts to a new repo.

Are you ok with me creating a new repo under the ZcashAnonymous org called "zcash-tor-scipts", licensing that repo MIT, and moving your scripts to that repo under the new MIT license?

LGTM. Feel free to add an MIT license to it. I thought we had one already.
