Change uses of 'blacklist' to 'retrylist' #8

'Retry' more clearly describes what it does now anyway. This is not a functional difference but will change some exported API methods and require a new release, so it's best bundled with the next round of other stuff.

If anyone wants to take this it before I get around to it, it would be a good first issue and I'd appreciate it!
