Improve test coverage for dkg functions #233

The frost-core dkg functions are being tested here. But the ciphersuite specific dkg files aren't being hit by the tests. We should add tests for these:

[ ] ed25519
[ ] ed448
[ ] p256
[ ] ristretto255
[ ] secp256k1
