Direct link to page tabs #446

The grant system has may pages with tabs, e.g., the discussion tab within proposals. There is no way to directly link to these tabs. For example, if I want to point someone to a proposal discussion, I'll need to say "go to https://grants.zfnd.org/proposals/575713843 and then click the Discussion tab".

Fix all such cases to update the page URL when the tab is clicked, to show a link that opens the tab directly, e.g., https://grants.zfnd.org/proposals/575713843/discussion.

64 was a special case of this. It's closed now, but when I click the tabs in a profile page, I don't see the browsers' URL bar changing.

Thanks for opening this feature request! We'll definitely keep this in mind for the future, I agree direct linking would be nice to expose.
