A patreon-esque ability to Fund users directly at the profile view, without needing to fund a user through a proposal.

I assume we will need to clone the following repo https://github.com/ZcashFoundation/zcash-grant-system and take a look to see what can be accomplished.

@dternyak should we upgrade the backend README.md file line 11 to read: virtualenv -p python3.6 venv ? I was having trouble with the fstrings with the current instructions which read: virtualenv -p python3 venv

Hey @esantra - I just wanted to give you a heads up that this bounty was issued outside of the Zcash Foundation. This feature is being finalized and will be live shortly, so we don't require any assistance right now, but your interest is greatly appreciated.

Sidenote: Yes, you'd probably want to specify 3.6 for your python version if you'd like to work with f strings in the future :)
