Tremulous - mysql code #111

attached is first 2 patches in this.

this wont be committed it is just here to be provided eventually if it
works out some servers will be using it to replace some files (bans etc).

atm it connects to mysql sends data gets data and seems to print it out the
qvm part is only test code atm with a function named !query [field name]
[query]

made a branch to dump the code as we progress to make it a little easier

deleted old patches heres a new basepatch to go with current changes
 *made database code more universal.
 *made multiple results (up to 10) so querys can be run withing querys.
 *cleaned up code.

everything's changed i think i have it the way i like it now.
