This should be done in a separate branch, a lot of breaking changes are happening in VLC v4.

I might change what was stated before : "Vlc.DotNet can consume any version of VLC". The breaking changes makes it really hard to do. Vlc.DotNet v3 will likely stay with VLC 3.0 and if VLC 4 is to be supported in Vlc.DotNet, this will probably happen in Vlc.DotNet 4
