Add entity version number to trails schema #12

Since OpenTrailMap now fetches the current OSM feature when you select something, we need to know if the current feature matches the one in the tiles. The way to do this would be to include the OSM entity version number as an attribute, but I'm not sure if this possible in Planetiler.
