add mitigation for 400s when playing a track. #150

The root cause of the problem is unknown currently, I will also set up a JVM profiler such as JProfiler to maybe get some more insight into it, the mitigation will not interfere with this.

This issue is still not fixed, i am waiting for the PR on the lavalink-devs/lavaplayer repo to go through before I can actually do anything.
