Add python graph analysis.

Modify edge names so they represent up-regulation and down-regulation for the chemical-protein interactions.

With regex reading CTD intermediate file, with information from https://ctdbase.org/help/batchQueryHelp.jsp#cgixns AND https://ctdbase.org/downloads/ interpret the InteractionActions.

Modify edge names so they represent up-regulation and down-regulation for the PPI interactions.

Read the interaction data in the IntAct intermediate JSON for the interactions to do so.

Add an edge attribute to the final edge list with the MIscore.
