Add an edge label to the CTD network file. #7

Please add the edge label 'chemical-protein' to the CTD network file so we know what the edge represents.

This issue was addressed in the last major update (#9) which made the CTD results file have '_chemical-protein.tsv' added to the end of the file to improve readability. Next update, this should be nameable (optionally of course)by the user without having to edit the script.
