Barcode scanner disabled after a long period of time #8

I've left my app running over night, the morning after I can't get the actual barcode scanner to turn on again. I've even switched to the DWDemo, but no go.

What's making my CC6000 turn the scanner off after an extended period of time?

ps. I'm note sure if this is the appropriate place for this issue.

Hi, the scanner turning off after a prolonged period of time is inherently a very difficult problem to solve as you don't have a root cause. I would recommend reproducing this without reference to any Ionic app (i.e. entirely within DWDemo) and then raising the issue with Zebra tech support: https://www.zebra.com/gb/en/about-zebra/contact-zebra/contact-tech-support.html . Zebra do not officially support Ionic, hence my advice to reproduce within DWDemo first if possible.
