Needs a NuGet package and Modernization #2

There needs to just be a NuGet package that involves the basic operations of this "SDK", and also I would suggest a more modern desktop project style like WPF instead of the old, deprecated Windows Forms.

I'm having the same problem, can't use Link-OS because my app uses .NET 8 winform C#
