Update tables walls and tables #78

I've created a new wall environment based on the details @moriarty gave me in the issue: https://github.com/fetchrobotics/fetch_gazebo/issues/73

I've created walls like the RoboCup and positioned the tables as specified. The Fetch Spawning place is one I thought reasonable.

The Sides of the tables didn't know what the format was so I supposed it would be white. I've created two new launches, one with higher lighting conditions and with lower.

roslaunch fetchit_challenge main_arena_montreal2019_highlights.launch roslaunch fetchit_challenge main_arena_montreal2019.launch

Here is the Rosject you can use to test this branch: ROSJECT NEW Walls

The Fetch Logo is the one I had from you , but I suppose your will create one with dimensions better suited for the dimensions of the tables 0.92 metres x 0.785 meters.

I was about to merge this when I realized it's missing the Schunk machine.

@frank-qcd-qk this PR is almost the environment you tested in today. See also #73 where I sent a photo of the actual measurements

I've discussed this with @velveteenrobot and we've decided to go ahead and squash and merge this.

I've set aside some time in my Calendar on Thursday morning to add the Schunk Machine and clean up this and the other PRs because there are now a confusing number of launch files.
