Adds sick camera interface #93

@narora1 should we merge this as is for now with the hard coded IP Addresses?

And replace them with Params in another PR?

Also- the area will be 35x35 cm square, market with a thin strip of black gaffer tape.

Thickness of tape unknown- It’s either in the box heading to Montreal or I will get more tape when we’re there.

Not that thick- because there isn’t much space on the surface of the table.

When the camera is triggered, a light on the camera is also triggered so we see when the camera is triggered.

The camera can only hold 30 images. So there is a delay in how quickly images can be triggered to prevent spamming the device. Spamming the device will also make the camera LEDs flash so we will be able to tell if the device is being activated intentionally or just constantly triggered and hoping for the best.
