Mesa has new dependencies and GLFS has most of them because of NVK. Document new components that need the deps and add libclc. Edit SPIRV and LLVM according to https://wiki.linuxfromscratch.org/blfs/ticket/19832.

Mesa page has new dependency format (uses blfs.compact). Try to adapt...
