I think it would be neat to add like customization for the emergencies, as right now you can only have emergencies or not. Maybe you accept fuel emergencies or specific, you should add like all normal emergencies and then another option which just removes it so you can put it in NOTAMS

I think that if you want to specify which emergencies you want to allow, you can simply go ahead and edit that line before hitting enter on your ATIS
