Remove runways not needed #77

You know that in Tokio runway 02 is only for departure so why can we use it for arrival in ATC24 suite. Also would be nice that depending on the SID or STAR, it would give us the correct runway instead of a default. Lastly in Lukla, only runway 09 can be used for departure and 27 for arrival because of the big mountain so why can we pick 09 for arrival and 27 for departure unless you want to get your popcorn and enjoy a crash

Adding such a distinction between special cases would require me to completely restructure the way, the runway info is stored. So instead I opted for trusting people to actually use their brains. Furthermore for SID/STAR auto assignment I would have to manually extract all available procedures from the many chartpacks that exist, so that is way too big of a hassle as well.
