Can't Switch Between Front and Back Webcams on Android and Iphones #72

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. After Clicking "Snapshot" the Webcam defaults to the one facing you. No way 
of switching to the back camera when needing to take photo of someone.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Using Latest Version on Linux Server from Mobile device.

Please provide any additional information below.
Happens on Mobile Devices. Need a button to select between the Front and Back 
cameras.
