SA-MP missed WEAPON_FIST definition.
SA-MP missed VEHICLE_NAME definitions. (we have this for weapons, so why not for vehicles too ?)
OnEnterExitModShop's enterexit argument can only have the values 0 and 1, so it should be a bool.

You should pull this request and squash all these commits in a single commit.
