use jarvis configurator over IPv6

hi! By default jarvis use ports: 8082 and 8400. and port 8082 (WEB) listen all adreses (raw socket with ipv4 and v6): *:8082 but! jarvis port listen ALL IPv4 adresses only! 0.0.0.0:8400 and cant use jarvis configurator via ipv6 only.

can you [fix it]/add this feature?
