Hast du ggf. Beispiele / Screenshots, um eine Idee zu bekommen, was du dir visuell vorstellst?

https://forum.iobroker.net/assets/uploads/files/1552019701771-vis_runtime.png sowas in der Richtung. Kennt man dich auch vom Handy. Oder ähnlich, wie bei den Nachrichten, wo unten die Laufschrift kommt.

Für Newsticker gibt es einen passender Adapter, vielleicht darauf aufbauend? https://github.com/oweitman/ioBroker.rssfeed bzw. https://forum.iobroker.net/topic/31294/test-adapter-rssfeed-v0-0-x
