Robot stays active #47

We have the 671 model. I managed to get the robot connected to iobroker and the commands and status information work. But there seems to be an issue with standby. As soon as adapter is active, the green light on the robot stays active. The robot does not go to sleep anymore. The bad thing about this is, that the battery is drained within hours while only standing somewhere arround while not beeing docked. Have I missed something or is this behaviour intended? Is there a way to send the robot to sleep?

Could you try to deactivate the refreshment of the settings (by setting it to 0). Does that fix it?

Tried with 0 and -1, but the problem still exists. When disabling the Adapter, Roomba goes to sleep after short wait. As soon as I reenable the adapter, the green light turns on. Strange about the behaviour is, that it is also impossible to turn off the robot manually by longpress "clean" in this state. Turning off manually is possible when adapter is disabled though.

I don't own the 671 model myself, so I'm not able to reproduce. Maybe you could ask in the ioBroker forum if someone have had the same problem and was able to solve it? https://forum.iobroker.net/topic/7657/irobot-roomba-adapter
