[Feature Request] CRT SHADERS #124

Hi! could you add a simple CRT shader for example one like "crt-consumer.glslp" from retroarch? That would be so cool!

I used reshade to add a CRT shader to the game by following this guide: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lt2VBPJOYu8

On windows you select DirectX 12 as your rendering API, I think on Mac and Linux you would use Vulkan

Reshade does not work on Linux. There are some layers that load some effects, but none of them are quite right in my opinion.
