Disabling and re enabling skill does not grab stats #26

It has an issue similar to #25 where the response says "There was a problem with the requested skill's response" So looks like stats might not be saved across as it should be.

"Saves" or asking questions acts correctly but where is it saving? If get stats is throwing an exception? Why doesn't it throw an exception?
