More explicit target user definition

While there is quite an in-depth description of the values that MyLib brings to the table during the introduction in the UG, the needs of the users it caters to appear to be more broad and loosely mentioned, specifying scenarios where people may be able to use the product but not specific groups of people.

The target audience section could elaborate more on what the specific audience could be. Some of audiences listed in the DG could be moved over to the UG here.
