Invalid input for progress successfully adds bookmark #2

Screenshot 2023-04-14 at 2.17.40 PM.png The error message for an invalid progress input states that three "~" characters are not allowed for the input. However, upon testing the program does allow users to create a bookmark with all progress inputs as "~".
